Failed to connect n2x traffic generator from itest

Hi am getting below error while executing the script from itest.The script is trying to connect n2x session at that time it is giving below error message.please look into this issue and help me to resolve this problem. Error ===== com.ixia.ixn2xsession.tool1 is unkonwn

Could you please provide us the below information to debug more on this issue. Complete error message. iTest version. Session profile.
