Error message. iTestFlexID not specified, when starting flex session

On our system we cannot use Auto-Instrumenting to enable flex support, therefore we have to compile the component with the iTestFlexAgent.swc. This is fine and the component builds correctly. However when we deploy the component we get a pop up error message when attempting to open the flex session through iTest "Unable to connect to iTest. iTestFlexID not specified" My question is where is this iTestFlexID specified. Is there something that I have missed in the build process. I have gotten the component to build and have iTest open it but some times I get this message. Has anyone seen this issue before?

I am not sure whether it will work with version 3.1 as it is not a supported version. Please contact iTest support at support@spirent.com to get this issue resolved quickly.

So will iTest work with version 3.1? I have had it working and starting a flex session some times, but it is just not consistent. Attached is the HTML we use to call it. [link text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/4280-flexpage.txt

With iTest 4.3.1 the supported Flex versions are 3.4, 3.5, 4.5. Yes, please provide the HTML code of the page where it is calling the Flex Application.

1. The flex sdk version is 3.1.0 2. The iTest version is 4.3.1.73463 3. The application worked earlier with flex, but I cannot pin down what changes when flex starts up and when I get the error message "iTestFlexID not specified". There really does not seem to be any consistency. Very annoying. 4. The operating system is Windows 7 64 bit 5. The browser is iTest's internal browser which seems to default to Internet Explorer. 6. What do you mean by HTML page related information? Do you want the HTML on the page where it is calling the Flex application. 7. Yes I referred to the user guide for flex instructions. The guide's steps for using "auto-instrumenting" did not work. Therefore I followed the steps for building the component with the flex swc file.
