Default PPM

Could anyone please let me know the default PPM for the below listed modules MSA-1001B CV-10G-S2/S8 FX-100G0-F2

Is this concerning the Transmit Clock Source Internal w/PPM Adjustment? Well default should always be zero at which point the Customer may make adjustments. Not all clocks are the same so it seems the specifications indicate compliance would mean to support +/- 100 PPM.
