Workbench error in iTest

Sometimes, we see the following error when running a testcase via itestcli: `Internal error: Exception occurred with message: Workbench has not been created yet.. Step execution aborted.` Does anyone know why this happens?

I believe this is a timing issue. When itestcli executes, I presume it has to do some house cleaning, including rebuilding the workspace and staring up the workspace server, etc. I'm not sure why it needs the workbench, but I assume there is a reason related to various modules. At any rate, I'm trying out the "-st 90" option to itestcli. This gives the workspace server 90 seconds to start, which I am hoping also includes building the workspace and setting up the workbench. I'll post an update when I see some evidence.

using the -st option seems to have resolved the issue.
