Spirent Studio Security: How to rest the Admin password ?

Hi Team, Mu 8010 has not been used for a long time, Customer don’t know its login ID and passwordd. Please let know how to reset or find-out the Admin Password? Thanks & Regards, GP

KB article FAQ13098 indicate - Please click the "Forgot password" link on the login page and send support the password token string.
