OK. I posted the question as well as a solution. But now I have another question: What could be the root cause of license check failure? The reason I ask is because this failure has reappeared again on another machine and another set of STC cards.

**WORK AROUND:** Reboot your port groups. I did this from within *Spirent TestCenter Application* menu: 1. From the menu, click **Tools/Equipment Information...** 2. Make sure the desired chassis is highlighted and click on the [**Port Group**] tab. 3. Click on the port group, then right-click and select **Reboot Port Group**.
