How to retrieve STC counters after STC-chassis connection was interrupted
Sometimes it happens that connection between computer where STC application is installed and Spirent chassis get lost, or computer reboots. Is there any way to reconnect to chassis and retrieve latest counters?
Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. Once the connection is lost, the corresponding ports will be rebooted and the test details will be cleared. If you have a fluctuating network connection, it would be a good idea to save the results periodically using command sequencer. Lab Server would be another good solution for this scenario.
