Runtime response validation of command with analysis rules before command completion

In our device we have a command which produces continuous running response. Without completion of command I need to verify few lines in the response and need to take action accordingly. For example, in command prompt if we issue tracert <#IP> it generates continuous response until the destination is reached or for 30 hops. Let us say in above situation, if command is in running stage , I need to validate second hop IP with analysis rule and to take action accordingly before command execution completes. How can it be achieved?

The itest response mapping occurs after the step execution is done so that we could not achieve the runtime response analysis during the step execution/before the execution completion.,
