Got error when send email from iTest with mail profile

I have issue to make iTest send email out with mail session profile on one of my computer. The other computer is fine though. I got this error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/AuthenticationFailedException at com.fnfr.svt.applications.mail.replay.MailReplayEngine.send(MailReplayEngine.java:292) at com.fnfr.svt.applications.mail.ui.editor.MailEditor$SendJob.run(MailEditor.java:476) at org.eclipse.core.internal.jobs.Worker.run(Worker.java:54) Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClassInternal(BundleLoader.java:506) at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClass(BundleLoader.java:422) at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClass(BundleLoader.java:410) at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.baseadaptor.DefaultClassLoader.loadClass(DefaultClassLoader.java:107) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source) ... 3 more The session data says: eclipse.buildId=unknown java.version=1.7.0_17 java.vendor=Oracle Corporation BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86, WS=win32, NL=en_US Command-line arguments: -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86 Does anyone know what has cause this? This issue got resolved in 4.3.1.

I believe in your PC java 64 bit is installed. Could you please uninstall java 64bit and install java 32bit and give a try.

Thanks. I did have java 64 installed. I uninstalled it and tried 32 bit. Unfortunately the same error. I have created a SR for this issue.
