Why is iTest not learning my prompt even after I go through adding it?

When running a test case, I am alerted that I need to add my prompt. It is the same as other prompts I have added in the past, but I go ahead and add it again and once the test is done running I follow the dialog box that pops up to finish adding it to my session profile. Then the next time I run my case, it asks me to add it again. Any ideas?

My session profile had "Include additional values from list" checked under prompts. Once that was unchecked it started working.

We tried in iTest 4.3.1 Telnet and SSH sessions and prompts are working fine for us. Could you please let me know the version of iTest that you are using. Also provide the Session profile and Test case. Thanks, Bhavani
