How to create a DHCP client device pool in STC ?

I would like to create a DHCP client device pool and would like to check how many of them enabled or disabled ? Please suggest how to do this (through GUI and API) On more specific I would like to set DHCP session count and would like to know how many active now ..

See the attached screenshot, I have tried to explain :) The number of sessions in a DHCP client block is decided via the "**Device count**" we set. Initially I thought this but later tried to find if there is any option on client object side. Thanks again!!
