REST GET taking 9s in 4.3.0 and 2s in 4.1.3

I'm issuing a REST GET command to a web server and in 4.1.3 it was responding in 2 seconds and I am trying out 4.3.0 and the same request to the same system now takes 9 seconds. Does 4.3.1 contain performance improvements to address this? Could you please confirm whether you are able to see this issue consistently in your setup. The reason I am asking this is that, I verified this in house with the below URL http://api.flickr.com/services/rest/ with iTest 4.1.4, 4.3.0 and 4.3.1 and in all its the same behavior. It takes less than 2 seconds. Thanks!

I have switched back to 4.1 however when 4.3 was installed I was seeing it consistently. One observation is that I am using https not http. Here are the settings of the session profile: Accept All Cookies: Enabled Auth: Secure Trust Any SSL Certificate: Enabled HTTP Headers: Content-Type text/xml HTTP Headers: Accept text/xml
