problem running one command long more than 1980 chrs via telnet
I use Itest 4.2 version and i have one Cli command long more than 1980 chrs which fails when I tried to run it from iTest calling one procedure with input parameters (arguments). The same command run ok from iTest in case I leave it cabled without call any procedure. We could face some problems when the response of a command is huge. I believe by adding a command (terminal length 0) before this step should resolve the issue. By adding this command iTest will display the complete response of the all the following commands without breaking the terminal. Hope it helps.
Yes, you may see this issue because 1980 characters might be breaking on the terminal itself. Please increase the Terminal width in the session profile or tbml so that complete command could be on the terminal without break.
