I am getting SSH authentication failure message when I try with iTest session profile. However I am able to SSH using putty. Below is the error message. Connecting to device1.4 Unable to connect to 10.93.5.100. Reason:SSH Authentication failed. When I try to connect to few other devices, I get below messaage: Connecting to s1:device1 Unable to connect to 10.92.247.5 Reason:Invalid SSH properties: Connection timed out: connect Could you please suggest the root cause for the same.
"Moreover I also tried with NO creds, this must open an SSH session promting for login creds - even this is not happening." I just wanted to clarify here that, if we do not specify any credentials in SSH session, it will not prompt any pop-up asking for credentials, it just gives authentication failed error. In SSH session, user name and password are required properties to connect to any device. Note: If the device is not configured with any password then "Password" field is optional. For the device 10.92.247.5, error is saying invalid SSH properties, so please cross check the properties given in SSH session profile. Also, please let me know the OS type you are using (Windows or Linux).
