Set up and check services on Spirent analyzers SPT2000/smartbits600/6000 directly from iTest 4.2.2? thanks

I'm interested in understanding if it's possible to driver analyzers directly from iTest, without the installation of Spirent TestCenter.

I am a little confused about the question. Why are you mentioning both Spirent TestCenter and SmartBits chassis in the same question? (or do you mean SmartBits 2000) I also don't know what you mean by "check services" (what services?), or Spirent Analyzers (do you mean test results/counters?), or even what you mean by "if it's possible to driver analyzers directly from iTest (it there a typo in that statement?).

As per my knowledge, we should have Spirent TestCenter installed in the machine in order to work from iTest.

Hi all and thanks fot your contributions. To clarify, I've Spirent testCenter SPT_2000A and Smartbits 600/6000. I can use one or the other...I would like to create in automatic, basic services as Ethernet sevicecs E2E, Ethernet virtual connection/provider bridge/ EPL/EPTL/EVPL/EVPlan

Stick with Spirent TestCenter now as it is the current product. And yes you will need the Spirent TestCenter application and maybe even Tcl for Spirent TestCenter to work with iTest. Those can be downloaded from support.spirent.com.
