How to include the SOAP web service request in the test report file

Hi everyone.. Is there anyway to include the SOAP web service request in the test report along with the response in iTest? Thanks, Hema.

No, it is not possible now. XML content is the step properties of a test case & is visible there. Test report always shows the response with the command but NOT the properties of the command.

If I understand your query correctly, we will send the SOAP web service request as a command to server from iTest web service session and that will return response. So, we could able to see the request in the test report as command shown below. ![alt text][1] Please let me know if you are trying different scenario. [1]: /storage/temp/3676-web_service.png

Hi Madhuri, Thanks for the quick reply.. My test case has a web service request inside a for loop. When i run the test case i see response for each iteration of the web service request. But my requirement is to see the Web service request model(xml format) with values substituted for each iteration in the test report after i run the test. but i see only web service request as command instead of entire xml request. Thanks Hema
