iTest 4.3 SNMP session can not set string in RowStatus.

[link text][1] 1. Add qbridge MIB to SNMP MIB folder. 2. SNMP session create vlan 100 with createAndWait command is working in iTest 4.2.1, but failed in iTest4.3.
