No. You can confirm this yourself: take a look at another user's profile and you'll notice that an email address is not listed. The same goes for users who look at your profile.
A user's email address is not visible to other User account users or to public search crawls Moderators, which at the present time are only Spirent employees but may be expanded in the future, can see the email address of all other users, including other Moderators.
