What are VNC Sessions Best Practices

I am attempting to compile a list of best practices for customers using iTest VNC sessions. Please review the list below and provide feedback or any additonal tips that you have found for running VNC sessions.

Use menu options on the screen when possible

Use dark blackground on the machine that you are VNCing into. Preferrably a blue or black background and definitely no backgrounds with pictures or graphics with alot of colors.
