XMPP Bind conflict

Has anyone seen an issue with XMPP in iTest 4.1 where the Presence server responds with a BIND error (409 conflict). I have attached the screenshot from iTest, as well as from Wireshark showing the errored response from the Cisco presence server. Thanks Mike [1]: /storage/temp/3562-itest+screen.png

XMPP server throws this error if there is a conflict between two resources, means the user which you are trying to join a chat is already using by someone. Please check the below link for more suggestions to avoid this error. https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/6978
