error : SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed

I am facing the error : com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed each time i try to send web service request from iTest using Web services session. What could be the solution for this?

Hi there, Could you attach the session profile and test case that raises this problem for you? Thanks, Richard

[1]: /storage/temp/3468-web_services.ffsp After I start the attached web service session and select a service and input request parameters and Click on 'send request' icon am getting the error: error : com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed and I could not send any request and could not create a test case.

Please make sure you have used correct credentials in the session profile. You have provided credentials at Proxy and WS-Security tabs, try with providing Authentication section Make sure to use keystore file if required.

I am having the same problem: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed This started when we moved to a new server and we added entries to our Windows VM host table to override DNS. If I remove the entries in the host table, iTest web services work ok. However, our client wants us to use a different environment. FYI: SoapUI works fine.

Is it working fine outside iTest with any other third party tools like SoapUI. And "Endpoint URL" is optional field in the session profile, just remove it and try once.

@Lakshmi Narayana Yes, the web service Iam trying to automate is working fine with Soap UI tool. I was able to automate with Soap UI tool. The above exception is seen only in iTest though proper credentials, endpoint URL were provided. Thanks, Hema
