arp update with IxRouter?

Is there any way to get an iTest script to have the Ixia do an ARP request/update? When running the test manually, I go to the IxRouter window, select ARP, select all ports, and hit the "Refresh" or "Send Request" buttons, thus getting the correct ARP addresses. Can I do this from iTest?

iTest's ixTraffic application does not have a direct built in command to do this. But it may be possible to use the ixTclHal or ixRouter Tcl API to make a call to do this.
