Need help on response map of copy file from TFTP server to Cisco device

Now I want to create response map for copy files from TFTP server to Cisco router, as this process is interactive that you confirm something, so iTest will learn some prompts( Destination filename [ config.cm], Do you want to over write? [confirm]) as below, and response is divided into multi and it's not what I wanted , How I handle this case? ubr10k-15#copy TFTP://20.1.0.2/dev/config.cm disk0: Destination filename [ config.cm]? %Warning:There is a file already existing with this name Do you want to over write? [confirm] Accessing tftp://20.1.0.2/dev/config.cm... Loading dev/ config.cm from 20.1.0.2 (via FastEthernet0/0/0): ! [OK - 252 bytes] 252 bytes copied in 0.360 secs (700 bytes/sec) ubr10k-15#

What do you mean by "divided into multi"?  What type of response map are you using?  If you just want to verify a particular field, you can use a pattern map.  If you want to make sure that your response conforms to a certain structure, then your best bet is a block map.
