unable to install iTest 4.0

I was using iTest 3.4 .It was installed in a single user. Today I completely uninstalled that.

When I am installing 4.0 now with admin privilege for all users it is showing an error as “INSTALLER USER INTERFACE MODE NOT SUPPORTED”.

 

Can’t  iTest be installed for all users at a time??

Hi Liza,

 

If user account name contains any specials characters, usually face these kind of errors. Could you please check it and try to install iTest in one more user account.

Could you please tell us whether your user account name contains special characters?
