Hi James,

Some times we will get this type of exception when there are no enough permissions for a user to work with iTest or SELinux may be blocked some of the files which are needed to start the iTest. If it is due to SELinux, then we receive some alerts and which contains all the information.

Thanks,

Lakshmi

Hi James,

Could you please try the below steps,

1. Close the iTest.

2. Rename the  .metadata folder in the workspace.

3. Delete .settings folder located in the installation directory such as home\Fanfare\iTest 4.1\configuration\.

NOTE: Deleting the .setting folder will ask the license settings again on startup.

Hope it help!

Thanks
