Flexlm error message

A user is having problems getting a license. I checked the logs and it looks like they are checking out licenses but there is an unsupported feature which I have not run into before. Below is an entry from the server log. The message the user is getting is  "Error: can't check out a license for the selected product edition". Are they trying to use a feature that is not supported in version 4.1? Please let me know what you think the issue may be.

Hi Andrea,

 

The main usage of "iTestLicenseTimeout" feature is, if the iTest is idle for 2hrs then the license server will get back (check in) the licenses automatically from the host. Once the iTest is active it will check out the licenses again from the server.

The default license timeout is 4hrs.

We do get the UNSUPPORTED: "iTestLicenseTimeout" (PORT_AT_HOST_PLUS) message when the license file doesn't have the "iTestLicenseTimeout" feature. We can ignore this message.
