How can I find the most recent entry in a table?

I have a customer that would like to find the most recent row of information in a table and then utilize the information in that row to proceed with the test case.

 

Is there a way to write a custom query for the table to find the most recent entry based on the time entry in one column?

itest currently supports xpath 1.0 and I checked the xpath spec and could not find a function to convert a string to date object and then find the maximum. What I would suggest is to extract all the column values into a tcl variable and use tcl date functions to find the maximum date value.
